If you have gotten this far you are probably involved in a situation that has cost you financially and emotionally
and has made you angry, frustrated, depressed or all of the above.
This is a time when answers are few and thinking clearly is difficult. If you are considering the hire of a
private investigator consider the following before you proceed.
1. The fewer people ( including family and friends ) that know you may be hiring a private investigator the better
your chances of keeping it from the other

involved party. It is human nature to discuss other peoples problems. News, particularly bad news, travels quickly within
families, workplaces and communities.
2. The more you can resist having a confrontation with the other involved party the greater the chances of collecting
useable evidence. After a confrontation people are imagining

the worst and their sense of self preservation kicks in. They become more observant of their environment and they
adjust their behavior. People that feel comfortable in their environment are more apt to continue a particular behavior
or allow a particular condition to exist.
3. If you anticipate that your situation may at some point end up in court, consult with an attorney as
soon as possible. Only an attorney has the necessary training and authority to
assist you in

preparing a legal strategy to properly present your case in court. Ask your attorney if he or she agrees with what I
have mentioned here.

I am readily available to meet with you and your attorney to discuss the investigative measures required
by your circumstances.
